		<section id="H9CDB2723DBB349FB8C12C958A3C7123C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Caring for America's Heroes Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC181FB36CCAD40128573140902B05930"><enum>2.</enum><header>Improvement of access to mental health services under the TRICARE program</header>
			<subsection id="H87DA636FFA114828B2A5259F05BB4168"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Elimination of limit on days of inpatient services</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/1079">Section 1079</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H695300D05BCE401B96D32824D805A036"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a)—</text>
					<subparagraph id="HD876E7024ADF4E6BB4FDAA217C05DDCC"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking paragraph (6); and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HDB81D7501D724197AC2B5E312C03CF64"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating paragraphs (7) through (17) as paragraphs (6) through (16), respectively;</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H0F850C5071604FF59FB85330CE21E6A1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking subsection (i); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H70A25CBF1A7A4CC78B76B7DEE80617A6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by redesignating subsections (j) through (q) as subsections (i) through (p), respectively.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H297B379F3EAE47D589B7EF0F55650AD8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal of requirement for nonavailability statement or preauthorization</header><text>Section 721(a) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (10
			 U.S.C. 1073 note) is amended by striking <quote>(other than mental health services)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0530359EE5A441EDA854A00154AC1486"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/10/55">Chapter 55</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HF44FB0B8B53E470CB1F1622EA975F184"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 1079(e)(7), by striking <quote>subsection (a)(13)</quote> and inserting <quote>subsection (a)(12)</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC2D0996EC3F3464A969FBB7CF3E21827"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 1086—</text>
					<subparagraph id="HA940D4B9ECA64145A979A5F38ACB3B7D"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subsection (d)(4)(A)(ii), by striking <quote>section 1079(j)(1)</quote> and inserting <quote>section 1079(i)(1)</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HF23958EF301445B4BB9E54950CF099EA"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in subsection (g), by striking <quote>Section 1079(j)</quote> and inserting <quote>Section 1079(i)</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="H2FA5B65D59274C77B98F7F1CFC0DCA1C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in section 1105(c), by striking <quote>section 1079(a)(7)</quote> and inserting <quote>section 1079(a)(6)</quote>.</text>
