		<section id="H3A21957C507442E0BFBCEE71FE815A2F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Brookwood-Sago Mine Safety Grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 14(g) of the Mine Improvement and New Emergency Response Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/30/965">30 U.S.C. 965(g)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H97B7945C3C73428E888E8C6C7C3CE259"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>There are</quote> and inserting <quote>(1) <header-in-text level="paragraph" style="OLC">In general</header-in-text>.—There are</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2A57E87E540A476C90B33D46E1330DFE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>

					<paragraph id="H1B4BA0E2479041119CDF9F30CAE347E2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Specific programs authorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to amounts authorized under paragraph (1), there is authorized to be appropriated
			 $4,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 specifically for grants providing hands-on
			 mine safety skills training and certification in mine rescue and mine
			 emergency response.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
