			 identification of high priority corridors on the National Highway System,

		<section id="HF2B76F8D76B24D9281CAE84F8E54E720" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>44 to 69 Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA0CA6DF502C141EABD8E24B9F52929DA"><enum>2.</enum><header>Identification of high priority corridors on National Highway System</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1105(c)(18)(D) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H89F18C2062BE4C0E94A2E657F81A2055"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (ii) by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC025AA54DD7E4CBD825DB5C6EC5B5F62"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (iii) by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD5A878BC35384CF9A84671E8002A3578"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6085B4C3C8164DDCAAA39DFCCA16C6A1" style="OLC">
					<clause id="HFA297D71175149A485FE456B5A6F420B"><enum>(iv)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">include Texas State Highway 44 from United States Route 59 at Freer, Texas, to Texas State Highway
			 358.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
