		<official-title>To deny admission to the United States to any representative to the United Nations who has engaged
			 in espionage activities against the United States, poses a threat to
			 United States national security interests, or has engaged in a terrorist
			 activity against the United States.</official-title>

		<section id="HE724A2E17BFE456A8ECB259CD7A0D12C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Visa limitation for certain representatives to the United Nations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 407(a) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (8 U.S.C.
			 1102 note) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H53F4E1DA347D498C84E1A4645CCD8FEF"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>such individual has been found to have been engaged in espionage activities</quote> and inserting the following: “such individual—</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HCFCE8FF670114DD697919D52845CF1A1" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H60B22956BDE94309BBAB6D1EE6DB9BCB"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">has engaged in espionage activities or a terrorist activity (as defined in section
			 212(a)(3)(B)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.
			 1182(a)(3)(B)(iii)))</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HF045564365E74C4E8452F45C2DB89C20"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>allies and may pose</quote> and inserting the following: “allies; and</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H44A7C9848C224D8489CBD85793CE6010" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HFD0C403A9CE843A8BBA4E378F03B6E8B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>may pose</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
