<section commented="no" id="H006467E89ED94A0794D90A61D15FAD82" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Debbie Smith Reauthorization Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="HF7F4CB77548746028852AA07CF7BDAE4"><enum>2.</enum><header>General reauthorization</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/14135">42 U.S.C. 14135</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H5B6752DD2AEF445D9479997025928301"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (c)(3)—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H7900F6383992418E9B90010411CD699C"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B), by striking <quote>2010 through 2018</quote> and inserting <quote>2014 through 2019</quote>; and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H203C257CE3F849F5B489746A9E8B192E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C), by striking <quote>2018</quote> and inserting <quote>2019</quote>; and</text> </subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HF9A543F4011040AE85170B6AB54CDBF1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (j), by striking <quote>2009 through 2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through 2019</quote>.</text> </paragraph></section>
<section id="H7812EA4834684DDFA49EC2B272D6A599"><enum>3.</enum><header>Training and education</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 303(b) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/14136">42 U.S.C. 14136(b)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2009 through 2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through 2019</quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="H080494D076BD41508311B7C71F727E73"><enum>4.</enum><header>Sexual assault forensic exam grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 304(c) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/14136a">42 U.S.C. 14136a(c)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2009 through 2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2015 through 2019</quote>.</text> </section>
