			 unemployment compensation programs, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H7EEC3FD891044CEF972DFAA4682BBA0F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Ready to Work Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H9A641BCFB22C4629A2F2FDDA3057D71E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Deadline to issue regulations</header>
			<subsection id="H5A4083B15676478AACCEC5B47B287E5E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor shall
			 issue a final rule to carry out section 303(l)(1)(A)(ii) of the Social
			 Security Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H90E7AF396DD948E99938AD8F3BAD5067"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Special rule if interim rule not issued after 180 days</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">If the Secretary of Labor has not issued an interim final rule to carry out such section as of the
			 date that is 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the
			 final rule required to be issued under subsection (a) shall provide that,
			 for purposes of such section, the State agency charged with the
			 administration of the State unemployment compensation law shall determine
			 whether an occupation regularly conducts drug testing.</text>
