		<section id="H00394F4E7DC14D79A6763CDCF824352D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Maintenance or replacement of facilities and structures at Smith Gulch</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(a)(24)(D) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1274">16 U.S.C. 1274(a)(24)(D)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 adding at the end the following: “The Secretary shall also authorize or
			 continue to authorize maintenance or replacement of facilities and
			 structures listed in this subparagraph for commercial recreation services
			 at Smith Gulch whose location is defined above. The facilities and
			 structures referred to in this subparagraph are—</text>

				</clause><clause id="H822BC46020C14466943D026D081A7201" indent="up2"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>chainsaws;</text>
				</clause><clause id="H56C709D7B92043FCA8F76D983FC19106" indent="up2"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>gasoline-powered electrical generators and associated electrical transmission facilities;</text>
				</clause><clause id="H3269E1E98AD94E209EFC7288C11E8EDE" indent="up2"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>hydroelectric generators and associated electrical transmission facilities;</text>
				</clause><clause id="H45812409B81F4C42B9B90107E17FC175" indent="up2"><enum>(v)</enum><text>gasoline-powered water pumps for fire suppression;</text>
				</clause><clause id="HBC4C83CCFD2A470A9A532CA9AB045844" indent="up2"><enum>(vi)</enum><text>transition from propane to electrical lighting;</text>
				</clause><clause id="HD27E94512920447393F0CF9138FBF7F4" indent="up2"><enum>(vii)</enum><text>solar energy systems; and</text>
				</clause><clause id="H4CAE3C84FDCE441392ADAF0E3E27EA68" indent="up2"><enum>(viii)</enum><text>6-volt or 12-volt battery banks for power storage.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
