			 appropriate to execute and implement the San Luis Rey settlement

		<section id="H4BBD2A3AF4D34E20A20132D37EC4DFE6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>San Luis Rey Settlement Agreement Implementation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The San Luis Rey Indian Water Rights Settlement Act (Public Law No. 100–675) is amended by adding
			 at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H07EED2238C034E90BCC85173D9410281" style="OLC">
				<section id="HF105B86B90D2480DAD2C7EA65B2E8C6D"><enum>112.</enum><header>Implementation of settlement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Congress finds that the City of Escondido, California, the Vista Irrigation District, the San Luis
			 Rey River Indian Water Authority, and the Bands have approved in principle
			 a settlement agreement, dated April 23, 2012, that conforms to the
			 requirements of this Act. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act,
			 the Secretary and the Attorney General shall promptly take all steps
			 necessary or appropriate to—</text>
					<paragraph id="HB935201559A242879AA8A2CD61FB28DA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>execute and implement that agreement on behalf of the United States, and</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H88F7CBEC4E554CDF94A2DF714EDFE05B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>secure the entry of stipulated judgments or other final dispositions in the proceedings among these
			 parties presently pending before the United States District Court for the
			 Southern District of California and the Federal Energy Regulatory
			 Commission.</text></paragraph></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
