		<section id="H0CB049C886A9408E8F6048A94E66C0BD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Bureau Advisory Commission Transparency Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HB7966229882344188BD7258EDEF051C4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Application of FACA</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1013 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/5493">12 U.S.C. 5493</external-xref>) is amended by adding
			 at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H39D7237ED5CD400E97C337CA0CDAEC89" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="HAFFCF7B9AA9E4E278AB949880BE0DE33"><enum>(h)</enum><header>Application of FACA</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any provision of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.), such Act shall
			 apply to each advisory committee of the Bureau.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
