		<section id="HD4BE0A69FAF94FB8833CF6A3D9A35B28" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Advertising Victims of Exploitation Act of 2014</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>SAVE Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD3DB0303A4E744198E83257E3F77A456"><enum>2.</enum><header>Advertising that offers certain commercial sex acts</header>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H186D92ADF7E94A96AA61ACE7A3D4E598" style="USC">
				<section id="H2C6681BA7FA64D93B6353D33E8E13EF6"><enum>1591A.</enum><header>Advertising that offers certain commercial sex acts</header>
					<subsection id="H6F98414F395E4C1C9488DFE878E53AFA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Offense</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Whoever, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, knowingly benefits financially from,
			 receives anything of value from, or distributes advertising that offers a
			 commercial sex act in a manner prohibited under section 1591, shall be
			 fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="HCCFC27A38299419BB959EE9096C2E51A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In this section, the terms have the meanings given those terms in section 1591.</text>
					</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H58C25A47B68E410FA0DF1BD509F4F88D"><enum>3.</enum><header>Extra-territorial jurisdiction</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1596">Section 1596</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>or 1591</quote> and inserting <quote>1591, or 1591A</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H1C4265BCD2F2486780717C2306FB33A6"><enum>4.</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The table of sections at the beginning of <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/18/77">chapter 77</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by
			 inserting after the item relating to section 1591 the following:</text>
