<section id="HD9AA5F1621C74F779CEE316406BBF4C7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Stop Advertising Victims of Exploitation Act of 2014</short-title></quote> or the <quote>SAVE Act of 2014</quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H9006CE95383E4F889FA8ADD685C60C05"><enum>2.</enum><header>Advertising that offers certain commercial sex acts</header> 
<subsection id="H260FF70825C24E76986582FEF242647E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1591">Section 1591</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended in subsection (a)(1), by inserting after <quote>obtains,</quote> the following: <quote>advertises,</quote>. </text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H3777157376714C4BA9F9E791E063A60A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Mens rea requirement</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1591">Section 1591</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended in subsection (a), by inserting after <quote>knowing, or</quote> the following: <quote>, except where, in an offense under paragraph (2), the act constituting the violation of paragraph (1) is advertising,</quote>. </text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H158341104E154C4A8314C90F2F3FB927"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1591">Section 1591(b)</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H2E27A674817341D7A1E038E7660CDCE0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>or obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained, or advertised</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H2DF9010312F84A999072AD275CE0EE9A"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (2), by striking <quote>or obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained, or advertised</quote>. </text></paragraph></subsection></section>
