		</section><section id="HFC5B2AA318A842A19921C561CDEF1F1F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Judicial review of Merit Systems Protection Board decisions relating to whistleblowers</header>
			<subsection id="HFDC8C27800A84C90B62584050136900A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/7703">Section 7703(b)(1)(B)</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>2-year</quote> and inserting <quote>5-year</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA6AF01B9EF0C4D97AE7CF391D85EE696"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Director review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 7703(d)(2) of such title is amended by striking <quote>2-year</quote> and inserting <quote>5-year</quote>.</text>
