		<official-title>To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to prohibit the use of benefits to purchase marijuana
			 products, to amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to
			 prohibit assistance provided under the program of block grants to States
			 for temporary assistance for needy families from being accessed through
			 the use of an electronic benefit transfer card at any store that offers
			 marijuana for sale, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H761D701338FB4126A826C2D41D66A7F0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Welfare for Weed Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HECC31805C9214375A7FC3297791F6C41"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to Food and Nutrition Act of 2008</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(k) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/2012">7 U.S.C. 2012(k)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, marijuana products,</quote> after <quote>tobacco,</quote>.</text>
		</section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF3BF32CD41AA416D99248F39AB341D22" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Prohibition on use of electronic benefit transfer card to access TANF assistance at any store that
			 offers marijuana for sale</header>
			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 408(a)(12)(A) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/608">42 U.S.C. 608(a)(12)(A)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H9AA70A9B1C734682BF814A0037BAE8BB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>or</quote> at the end of clause (ii);</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H84B103102E784BC1A065F0A708A66CAE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the period at the end of clause (iii) and inserting <quote>; or</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H84F9928358274438A5986155B3EDF6C5"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBB9733C0048148F6A2571DCCE19F93E2" style="OLC">
					<clause id="HE12943AD80E84BD59C0162A690E915E7"><enum>(iv)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">any establishment that offers marihuana (as defined in section 102(16) of the Controlled Substances
			 Act) for sale.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H16706CB71C3E4B468B33EB312AD4F82A"><enum>4.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect 1 year after the date of the
			 enactment of this Act.</text>
