		<section id="H8764333DD6AE474BBDBC0A079D53AC79" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of National First Responders Day</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall issue a
			 proclamation that designates a date as a legal public holiday to be known
			 as <quote>National First Responders Day</quote>, which shall be treated in the same manner as a legal public holiday described in section 6103(a)
			 of
			 title 5, United States Code.</text>
