			 the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and for certain forest
			 health management and urban and community forestry activities of the

		<section id="H7FE76E332B3A44D18C01AB8FFE4967A8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Temporary Resources for Emergency Eradication Act of 2014</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>TREE Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0552B3F004D54DA5A24B6D5E464C3E32"><enum>2.</enum><header>Supplemental appropriations for APHIS tree and wood pests activities</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
			 for fiscal year 2014:</text><appropriations-major id="H0391C49AC3184126BE00092FCA839515"><header>Department of Agriculture</header></appropriations-major><appropriations-major id="HE3ED1A6E40744551A93D2340DDB0C14F"><header>Agricultural Programs</header></appropriations-major><appropriations-intermediate id="HD58275240D3B452FB9E6EFCE3A1648E8"><header>Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service</header></appropriations-intermediate><appropriations-small id="H5BB54563708F43E3B4EAA7AA8964327B"><header>salaries and expenses</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For an additional amount for <quote>Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service-salaries and expenses</quote> for tree and wood pests, $37,000,000, to remain available until expended: <italic>Provided</italic>, That such amount is designated as being for disaster relief pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D) of
			 the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.</text>
			</appropriations-small></section><section id="H046B3F50FB5D49948294F7BE4CD05BBF"><enum>3.</enum><header>Supplemental appropriations for certain State and private forestry activities of the Forest Service</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
			 for fiscal year 2014:</text><appropriations-major id="HD1ECEFBAD5D543B39DD9708D2B0C524D"><header>Department of Agriculture</header></appropriations-major><appropriations-major id="HBD663433BA7F4D268214EBFF944E0C8B"><header>Forest Service</header></appropriations-major><appropriations-small id="H326A27F6DB2B45808BB8CAD1ED62A242"><header>state and private forestry</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For an additional amount for <quote>State and Private Forestry</quote> $20,000,000, to remain available until expended, of which $15,000,000 shall be used for forest
			 health management for cooperative lands and $5,000,000 shall be used for
			 urban and community forestry: <italic>Provided</italic>, That such amount is designated as being for disaster relief pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D) of
			 the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.</text>
