		<section id="HAAD56C4FE9B4460696899580E836FF1B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Repeal ID Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD25406806DDA44F78DA2A29B59876515" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of requirements for uniform State driver's licenses and State identification cards</header>
			<subsection id="H35CD546EEDF24F1BB360CB6D3E27AF8F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title II of the Real ID Act of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/49/30301">49 U.S.C. 30301</external-xref> note) is repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HC7081E37D6644675982A5CFF2F75DE28"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header>
				<paragraph commented="no" id="H23666C3C9FB54141A3E5E57D97C3B57A"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Title 18, U.S.C</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1028">Section 1028(a)(8)</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>false or actual authentication features</quote> and inserting <quote>false identification features</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="H359341A370794CC991CE79555257CDFE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004</header><text>Section 7212 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/458">Public Law 108–458</external-xref>)
			 is amended to read as if section 206 of the Real ID Act, as in effect on
			 the date of the enactment of that Act, were not enacted.</text>
