		<section id="HD26C5B861C6B4E24907DED128286A991" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2014</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HBD3C4412A2F94EFDA7B0DBAED7A658AE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="HC4D5F88B70B849EDBCB89EA55C197227"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Administrator</header><text>The term <quote>Administrator</quote> means the Administrator of General Services.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H945C30FBA6334C56B9A17EF06B36CC20"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Federal land</header><text>The term <quote>Federal land</quote> means the real property, including any improvements thereon, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico,
			 that, as determined by the Administrator, subject to survey, generally
			 consists of lots 12 through 19, and for the westerly boundary, the portion
			 of either lot 19 or 20 which is the outside west wall of the basement
			 level of the Old Post Office building, and which has a municipal address
			 of 123 Fourth Street, SW., in Block 18, New Mexico Town Company’s Original
			 Townsite, Albuquerque, New Mexico.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HE274A954568E4988A5F6AD8D20889BCB"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Foundation</header><text>The term <quote>Foundation</quote> means the Amy Biehl High School Foundation.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HB61FDC1742D5438188D29F1BB6910EB2" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Conveyance of real property in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the Amy Biehl High School Foundation</header>
			<subsection id="HEB3A135D855E401E912BB404E6D26B2F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of
			 this Act, the Administrator shall offer to convey to the Foundation, by
			 quitclaim deed, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and
			 to the Federal land.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H44F7BD072E1340A98EBC0BFE71870391"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration</header><text>As consideration for conveyance of the Federal land under subsection (a), the Administrator shall
			 require the Foundation to pay to the Administrator consideration in an
			 amount equal to the fair market value of the Federal land, as determined
			 based on an appraisal that is acceptable to the Administrator.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HB9B67B25FDA34374999F5293C5D21C1D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Costs of conveyance</header><text>The Foundation shall be responsible for paying—</text>
				<paragraph id="H7C0B24FF9CAA4B7186087DCC3AA395C4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the costs of an appraisal conducted under subsection (b); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H1F6A9E7537454A3A809FCD913FBEF762"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any other costs relating to the conveyance of the Federal land under this Act.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H96C33F04E1BA4B5CA884E588FCBA3A27"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Proceeds</header>
				<paragraph id="H07D29304F6074D87BE814844C97D55BA"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Deposit</header><text>Net proceeds received under subsection (b) shall be paid into the Federal Buildings Fund
			 established under <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/592">section 592</external-xref> of title 40, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB26BE7907AEC4DAAACA0D8179923A644"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Expenditure</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts paid into the Federal Buildings Fund under paragraph (1) shall be available to the
			 Administrator, in amounts specified in appropriations Acts, for
			 expenditure for any lawful purpose consistent with existing authorities
			 granted to the Administrator.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H94F6F75B58664CFA9DB1FE8CCF6057C2"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Additional terms and conditions</header><text>The Administrator may require that any conveyance under subsection (a) be subject to such
			 additional terms and conditions as the Administrator considers appropriate
			 to protect the interests of the United States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1407F8C0528E47EC8768E8C12439947C"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Deadline</header><text>The conveyance of the Federal land under this Act shall occur not later than 3 years after the date
			 of enactment of this Act.</text>
