<section id="H06326C8D14794904ABDE1ADA78E2C657" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Grand Portage Band Per Capita Adjustment Act</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="HC6A7E1B2F64047B397CFD8F16FF2DD90"><enum>2.</enum><header>Equal treatment of certain per capita income for purposes of Federal assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (4) of section 7 of the Act of October 19, 1973 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/1407">25 U.S.C. 1407(4)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>pursuant to the agreements of such Band</quote> and inserting <quote>or the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, or both, pursuant to the agreements of each Band</quote>.</text> </section>
