		<section id="H8CF34FE2F5B042319BB305C90CC3E39F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H242E4A1B7E0A43EEA931F536E6022D18"><enum>2.</enum><header>Sandia pueblo settlement technical amendment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 413(b) of the T’uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/539m-11">16 U.S.C. 539m–11(b)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H93FA98007974414ABC2C1DC84D1B38BF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the first sentence of paragraph (4), by striking <quote>conveyance</quote> and inserting <quote>title to be conveyed</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD8DBE116ACBD47C1B01DC1DC55EC3A93"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H01DD531284224BD5A1C6E4BB07C256AA" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HA3C74340CE2C427DB8707B50CB94B740"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Failure to exchange</header>
						<subparagraph id="HB4D7AEF4E223464B959DA2F9D78A9454"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>If the land exchange authorized under paragraph (1) is not completed by the date that is 30 days
			 after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary, on request
			 of the Pueblo and the Secretary of the Interior, shall transfer the
			 National Forest land generally depicted as <term>Land to be Held in Trust</term> on the map entitled <term>Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</term> and dated October 18, 2013, to the Secretary of the Interior to be held in trust by the United
			 States for the Pueblo—</text>
							<clause id="H4E71A4A29E414236A86BAB72E6F448D7"><enum>(i)</enum><text>subject to the restriction enforced by the Secretary of the Interior that the land remain
			 undeveloped, with the natural characteristics of the land to be preserved
			 in perpetuity; and</text>
							</clause><clause id="H8AC207C1FCF8497A994E602C8E086394"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>consistent with subsection (c).</text>
							</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H7A48166FA93F4AB894E00188E351C31C"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other transfers</header><text>After the transfer under subparagraph (A) is complete, the Secretary of the Interior, with the
			 consent of the Pueblo, shall—</text>
							<clause id="HCB17ECF7A63D4C0C9A57DA31A8154F1C"><enum>(i)</enum><text>transfer to the Secretary, consistent with section 411(c)—</text>
								<subclause id="H442458F5D163451395340F54B0C381A7"><enum>(I)</enum><text>the La Luz tract generally depicted on the map entitled <term>Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</term> and dated October 18, 2013; and</text>
								</subclause><subclause id="H93B092FFE1524931B0AA5AF7785A52FE"><enum>(II)</enum><text>the conservation easement for the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled <term>Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</term> and dated October 18, 2013; and</text>
								</subclause></clause><clause id="HD9763E7F2AA24BC0B7B73EDE46AB9B34"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>grant to the Secretary a right-of-way for the Piedra Lisa Trail within the Piedra Lisa tract
			 generally depicted on the map entitled <term>Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</term> and dated October 18, 2013.</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph></section></legis-body>
