<section id="H1B4D610291154921A810065BF4EFD172"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definition of Secretary</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Unless otherwise designated, in this Act, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.</text></section>
<title id="HB83A22EB5CAC4F1DB8DAC3A70FDDBD5A"><enum>I</enum><header>ELKO MOTOCROSS LAND CONVEYANCE</header>
<section id="H5DA646AF2DC5472FB345FA543AC3AA35"><enum>101.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this title:</text>
<paragraph id="H1E9DB35B2B884502868A35CEB64FFDC9"><enum>(1)</enum><header>City</header><text>The term <quote>city</quote> means the city of Elko, Nevada.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H6CA9B3BA59F24477BCF6668E0A41F973"><enum>(2)</enum><header>County</header><text>The term <quote>county</quote> means the county of Elko, Nevada.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H908C68B91C47493CA329AB5769AE1104"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Elko Motocross Park</quote> and dated January 9, 2010.</text></paragraph></section>
<section id="HCA80C40431CD4931900B7E15BC590ECB"><enum>102.</enum><header>Conveyance of land to county</header>
<subsection id="H0566523302CF4D3B99773055A615D923"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, subject to valid existing rights and the provisions of this section, the Secretary shall convey to the county, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H70186F3B8259428BBB25E5B04286FBD0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) consists of approximately 275 acres of land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Elko District, Nevada, as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Elko Motocross Park</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HD208073994064A04931C0F7162FC5166"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map and legal description</header>
<paragraph id="HBD85E0D1ACA74A3380E2CDA60AA289FB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall finalize the legal description of the parcel to be conveyed under this section.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H14CCBEACFADB40B1BC7E9D26635D9EDA"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Minor errors</header><text>The Secretary may correct any minor error in—</text>
<subparagraph id="H2BCD8BFA419543E3A8332232205D05EF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the map; or</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H9E25DA0DB96B4A879DF6FA832BBD8B50"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the legal description.</text></subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H777E73FC53074832BC4E6C6F67B87604"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Availability</header><text>The map and legal description shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HFDC463E9D6884D1487EBE92A3EBBBCC7"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Use of conveyed land</header><text>The land conveyed under this section shall be used only as a motocross, bicycle, off-highway vehicle, or stock car racing area, or for any other public purpose consistent with uses allowed under the Act of June 14, 1926 (commonly known as the <quote>Recreation and Public Purposes Act</quote>) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/869">43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.</external-xref>).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H674CE0E36E7047F2B5418147800AB5D6"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Administrative costs</header><text>The Secretary shall require the county to pay all survey costs and other administrative costs necessary for the preparation and completion of any patents for, and transfers of title to, the land described in subsection (b).</text></subsection></section></title>
<title id="H1B710D38F3614E09B8636EDDCB632066"><enum>II</enum><header>TRANSFERS TO TRIBES</header>
<section id="H0A9CCAEF04524B4FB0CAB63BD71C4EEA"><enum>201.</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (Elko Band)</header>
<subsection id="HA41B2D3826B64A53AB8812F0888A7C83"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b)—</text>
<paragraph id="H97732DB1F01347E8AE1A4E00FB15715F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (Elko Band); and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H04F3C236AB0B480482AAE5D675AC6082"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H220CE68704A8428AA9305A22BB575D19"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 373 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Lands to be Held in Trust</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HFC1FB2C2A2564F9E93FE52EC7CC7821E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Te-Moak Tribal Land Expansion</quote>, dated September 30, 2008, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H930D41E1179449B7ADF279CC8D201FBB"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust under subsection (a).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H9345FA9DFC1147FBA6C869DDD1C2FCBC"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use of trust land</header>
<paragraph id="H9EA0E30AB85646BBB1DF85344FA990F5"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HEAEEBD1C18AF4C0FAB48AB4FB2FC6BDC"><enum>(2)</enum><header>General uses</header>
<subparagraph id="H80FC79F4877849928BCE79D126F86071"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under subsection (a) only for—</text>
<clause id="H88EC6B2591AA439E9BB118109F2C0307"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and customary uses;</text></clause>
<clause id="H4AE815DFA72B4AFF8817832D6FF0F216"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe;</text></clause>
<clause id="H24B5FAA93FC645E98A816A0E518D37AC"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="H068AD6475C4F401FA5D4FBCA0752464A"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="H5A8EC2A651174EA4BC46F31A3AF6BCB1"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HE0C7E00F39A744CAA850154577933248"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HEBE7A8FBC9614298A0D98D607C9171D3"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text>The Secretary shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>
<clause id="HCAC0E489E53A408F97E70E1615FB1539"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions;</text></clause>
<clause id="HAF5A217E7B524FF8849E3CEE329EBAEF"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices; and</text></clause>
<clause id="HA07F86EDC6F04DFABB63BFEF64E7EF0D"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>any other applicable law (including regulations).</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HDF465F6DE2CF4EFE8E8B78986422EE18"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Thinning; landscape restoration</header><text>With respect to the land taken into trust under subsection (a), the Secretary, in consultation and coordination with the Tribe, may carry out any fuels reduction and other landscape restoration activities, including restoration of sage grouse habitat, on the land that is beneficial to the Tribe and the Bureau of Land Management.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
<section id="H4917FDB8B54B49D28B828DC78A0E6EA1"><enum>202.</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe</header>
<subsection id="HC0E6F0644C4F4301A092EF0B7CFF7C16"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b)—</text>
<paragraph id="HC1783D7C22C842268596D2748FE6F0A2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H84F5FFAA9F7840E1A21E2FC845C27020"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HC419BB2B333D43A5A2AB8CE3EF08CA79"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 19,094 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Expansion Lands</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HBBB2D8BB83FB4807B904351D9BC8E46D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Fort McDermitt Indian Reservation Expansion Act</quote>, dated February 21, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HFF517F95C6CD49D3AAE81FAEE8BA490D"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust under subsection (a).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H06A4656F0E77425B91487FF963A4CC2D"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use of trust land</header>
<paragraph id="H4DE1BCAFFFE1483FB330DB62081B0EB6"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HB6FD46A3AFA04AA18CD28E34326C55E4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>General uses</header>
<subparagraph id="H8FDAD6E4DB6D4AAB9ACF3BD39684966F"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under subsection (a) only for—</text>
<clause id="H5CAF780DC0FD43959A782CE1D4C354D1"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and customary uses;</text></clause>
<clause id="H81A38B5584E94CFB8A94B9F3E57389F0"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe;</text></clause>
<clause id="H7C08B1F102D641A4B1BABC23A6C9AD60"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="H97471BCC07D340B5B962C0379F69C8E2"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="HC6D99A7B7F0F4A1EAF9F2EEE9C4E274A"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HDFC59FD05D21473C99535D5B3259962A"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H19D82E19A6D74B27ABDD2EFC10C0EF45"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text>The Secretary shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>
<clause id="H905224D5880340F1A8E113FFB50D4F1D"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions;</text></clause>
<clause id="HD736580F185748A3B687B70DC3D06B89"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices; and</text></clause>
<clause id="HB66505A9573C49B8BA0B38061F2B1F74"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>any other applicable law (including regulations).</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H3D48351949E84470913447D1B4194A8A"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Thinning; landscape restoration</header><text>With respect to the land taken into trust under subsection (a), the Secretary, in consultation and coordination with the Tribe, may carry out any fuels reduction and other landscape restoration activities, including restoration of sage grouse habitat, on the land that is beneficial to the Tribe and the Bureau of Land Management.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
<section id="H46F553C866D040B9A8D344AF01066705"><enum>203.</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Shoshone Paiute Tribes</header>
<subsection id="HA3F30D7F41E74292A3348AE8ED82CAEE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b)—</text>
<paragraph id="H448679D3D9A9465F980291DAA9E4C890"><enum>(1)</enum><text>are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H09DAC41C1CF94F5EBC26B158C508D801"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of those Indian tribes.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HD7A54987657848F2B5AE1C86E476B2B9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 82 acres of land administered by the United States Forest Service as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Proposed Acquisition Site</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HB021934C5D7E4AAF9D6AB5ACDADAA716"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Mountain City Administrative Site Proposed Acquisition</quote>, with a revision date of July 29, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the United States Forest Service.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HF02795BDF5AE4F019D19582F3736E8AC"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust under subsection (a).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H7EDCBEEBF8764A3A8FD8E33D5BAFE9C5"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use of trust land</header>
<paragraph id="H14C82F8CAA9A4B41AF917C493E9540E2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HE9C820B844994FD090A1A66975CECB23"><enum>(2)</enum><header>General uses</header>
<subparagraph id="H1AC872ABC33F46A2AA7EA6631FC86E2B"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under subsection (a) only for—</text>
<clause id="H9A555E1E230C45A89F49A1D179B40294"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and customary uses;</text></clause>
<clause id="HC06C227891B94670BF95C7817E2974FA"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe;</text></clause>
<clause id="H8682FB1441E440D8B7689EAC40F71509"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="H34E42154AE784A59B06F77341062FB2C"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="H12B457B699BD4C1FB48D2FC692DE67B8"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H3A3767B088F0425A973AB995B961C5E3"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary of Agriculture an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HCCE315BCC32F405BA520B65FF60F2639"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Agriculture shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>
<clause id="H535225B8271E497C90768B43D37BA098"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions;</text></clause>
<clause id="HA0179B6A07224C66A7D29F2066E0E4DC"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices; and</text></clause>

<paragraph id="HC6172813B14142E190A1DE4B91C33D66"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Thinning; landscape restoration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">With respect to the land taken into trust under subsection (a), the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation and coordination with the Tribe, may carry out any fuels reduction and other landscape restoration activities, including restoration of sage grouse habitat, on the land that is beneficial to the Tribe and the United States Forest Service.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
<section id="H16496885BF6B4C86AABDE2E01F5B8E07"><enum>204.</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe</header>
<subsection id="H7DA981A2F9434ABD8915925847045A6C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection (b)—</text>
<paragraph id="H7AB2EA88F7E946268AFCB5CD56D1FBB2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H03BCBAF18FB64B829C709A648113FF44"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H1F58601E15374D1CB5E4B5A86A7A7194"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 941 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Conveyance Lands</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H23FC3DF8B3B04201829D740DED8D95E3"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Summit Lake Indian Reservation Conveyance</quote>, dated February 28, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H8F44433A966E4F9C94599CB67635A8CF"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust under subsection (a).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H58239392445D4B629DDC9449EC8FAC71"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use of trust land</header>
<paragraph id="H3E1FF4A4B4694B8497522A7629CE05C4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H8A0F47554F17486794506AEDC0F74C4D"><enum>(2)</enum><header>General uses</header>
<subparagraph id="HBD5ED285475B4782B313122CDAA99159"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under subsection (a) only for—</text>
<clause id="HB1179E99E46845F69EC19DC5BC823BD5"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and customary uses;</text></clause>
<clause id="H01FFEDC8A238421EBB11F938B6E00B07"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe;</text></clause>
<clause id="H14AE5AD2357040B7A1F6CE03109F50BD"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="HAC894BF8A9174FA7AC35453FB40BED3E"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="H56BB5C199A05421BAC03E4C3DF5D73DD"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HC186A1433DE64B47BD32AEA751CB87E0"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H41472FFB4BD5432A8FFDF519ECAA860F"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text>The Secretary shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>
<clause id="HC234675DE3C846CFB1D7A54C5C3AE5D9"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions;</text></clause>
<clause id="H8A5C88C2AC6F482F9BCF8E992ECDEB15"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices; and</text></clause>
<clause id="H0F7C3F7B08CC481FB627EFE0C5A15DDE"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>any other applicable law (including regulations).</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph>

<subsection id="H9C04540227C540408E98EEDAD2FF9718"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Release of wilderness study area</header>
<paragraph id="H0BD62A70A6FE45C3A71CCC53984322BB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Finding</header><text>Congress finds that, for the purposes of section 603(c) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/1782">43 U.S.C. 1782(c)</external-xref>), the Red Spring wilderness study area has been adequately studied for wilderness designation.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H045B78447C094BDE8CA42875AEDF2547"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Release</header><text>The public land described in paragraph (1) is no longer subject to section 603(c) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/1782">43 U.S.C. 1782(c)</external-xref>).</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H4D94548B23AF4C50AF4D639055781649"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (South Fork Band)</header>
<paragraph id="H55F15DB269454F28B75C07CD9B8B39BD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in paragraph (2)—</text>
<subparagraph id="HA1D3E695ECF849CD94B45B5E4161EE21"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (South Fork Band); and</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HE301A95AE3384C8D8D3640EC1BFAAA54"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H2B2EE035CBC54645939265CB201E56D8"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The administration of all oil and gas leases in existence on the date of enactment of this Act shall remain the responsibility of the Bureau of Land Management in consultation with the Tribe.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H50D8A9D032C6403291F9A70043E95314"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of Land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 28,162 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Expansion Lands.</quote></text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H4A56117EC282409080E69FCE87EC7338"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>South Fork Indian Reservation Expansion</quote>, dated June 9, 2014, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H8367CB7428E6413091F64FD8AD9607E0"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken into trust under paragraph (2).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H68F50EE64EA14FC1830F40300A231BF5"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Use of Trust Land</header>
<subparagraph id="H5867D59C80814550983F3FB35E612A83"><enum>(A)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under paragraph (2) shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>).</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H936C288296AE4CA08CD363AA9A094BEA"><enum>(B)</enum><header>General uses</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under paragraph (2) only for—</text>
<clause id="HF67674125ECF4EDEBBE1C2ADA838B461"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and customary uses;</text></clause>
<clause id="H02EF994EBA404C159BB7D90950BBB134"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship conservation for the benefit of the Tribe;</text></clause>
<clause id="H8DA9EE92450D4A87982E382C7C1E04E0"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="H491BB81E711D47A39F9BC249196511C4"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="H08484EFE6D734D61B6DDC469513F9FB1"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HF7563F3A2B3D40868291597AE7F7C4F9"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under paragraph (2) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (B), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H441127E0CA094B4A83CC160D2DC93AD7"><enum>(D)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text>The Secretary shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>
<clause id="H0DF148806DCF46CA8E9D0AE7EA148F3D"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions;</text></clause>
<clause id="HB8E8BD7883F64427B042400CE452DD24"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices; and</text></clause>
<clause id="H34E89B0B3A314D5396A614C1C163EDF4"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>any other applicable law (including regulations).</text></clause></subparagraph></paragraph>

<paragraph id="H597FED93AA3E4A7B806A10F67A3DCBB5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H03D6B2620D6C48F593A372E95DC3BAC2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HFAF60D20C2754928ABF6DF569F662A9E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately 13,434 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>RSIC Amended Boundary</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H8D750B1BE0394A39AB51A92578A31A47"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Expansion</quote>, dated June 11, 2014, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text></subsection>

<clause id="HA0056E45BE2645728330A45CFDB2E622"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>mineral leasing;</text></clause>
<clause id="HBC8DAEEE24A74C46BFB7C74D74A4920B"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>residential or recreational development; or</text></clause>
<clause id="HFA25379FFBC9468F931178E3038A39DD"><enum>(v)</enum><text>renewable energy development.</text></clause></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H3A0138E1626748E3A11C1ECC5FD612CA"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an appraisal.</text></subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H5BF67649DE144BE8A35387BCE77A41FF"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Appraisal</header><text>The Secretary shall determine the fair market value of the land under paragraph (2)(B) based on an appraisal that is performed in accordance with—</text>

<paragraph id="H15FEA24A4EB045568509E36AF63AA99F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text></paragraph></subsection>
