			<section id="HDEB9B133398549F7B0782DD0AA483AB6"><enum>101.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this title:</text>
				<paragraph id="H9E31CFF9AF194A169B8603745546D869"><enum>(1)</enum><header>City</header><text>The term <term>city</term> means the city of Elko, Nevada.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H983B00BC1F1E4FBA84896BA3B76A5F12"><enum>(2)</enum><header>County</header><text>The term <term>county</term> means the county of Elko, Nevada.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H87A8773920B945F6A0D81159278D3635"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Elko Motocross Park</quote> and dated January 9, 2010.</text>
				</paragraph></section><section id="H3EAE093E3B174F9980827EEF7DC9DACA"><enum>102.</enum><header>Conveyance of land to county</header>
				<subsection id="H5C5881BF5D434E608B5512E7B32DA425"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, subject to valid existing rights
			 and such terms and conditions as the Secretary determines to be necessary
			 and after agreement from the county, the Secretary shall convey to the
			 county, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the
			 United States in and to the land described in subsection (b).</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H5C4DA994989E4C6EBF87FA5F62F8BB38"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) consists of approximately 275 acres of land managed by the
			 Bureau of Land Management, Elko District, Nevada, as generally depicted on
			 the map as <quote>Elko Motocross Park</quote>.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HCEACCF6CD31B49959B088FC7E7CDBB0F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map and legal description</header>
					<paragraph id="HBB4EA1C7C75A41EFAA27A6CDE5A8C712"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall finalize the
			 legal description of the parcel to be conveyed under this section.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HC1DE851C1CBB4D9D820190FD6E47F645"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Minor errors</header><text>The Secretary may correct any minor error in—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HC8A22E86AC554F338A1C2DF903CF62E2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the map; or</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HA882584C000F451DBF238E65DE5523E3"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the legal description.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H350C0C11CB54426DAA3BBC80ED30E828"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Availability</header><text>The map and legal description shall be on file and available for public inspection in the
			 appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H76F92118FCB24E8DAD4782B6B0979587"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Use of conveyed land</header><text>The land conveyed under this section shall be used only as a motocross, bicycle, off-highway
			 vehicle, or stock car racing area, or for any other public purpose
			 consistent with uses allowed under the Act of June 14, 1926 (commonly
			 known as the <quote>Recreation and Public Purposes Act</quote>) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/869">43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.</external-xref>).</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H8A85E2D841CA4738A521B4341E7DC262"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Administrative costs</header><text>The Secretary shall require the county to pay all survey costs and other administrative costs
			 necessary for the preparation and completion of any patents for, and
			 transfers of title to, the land described in subsection (b).</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H46456196C3F24AFA89D307AFDB7E95FF"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Reversion</header><text>If the land conveyed under this section ceases to be used for a public purpose in accordance with
			 subsection (d), the land shall, at the discretion of the Secretary, revert
			 to the United States.</text>
				</subsection></section></title><title id="H267E2F608AE04BBABF9734A57318A9AB"><enum>II</enum><header>Conveyance of land to Indian tribes</header>
			<section id="HCBE98E87E3544C70A14D0E7CADBEACAD"><enum>201.</enum><header>Conveyance of land to be held in trust for certain Indian tribes</header>
				<subsection id="HE3A9BB6647D94B5A852F3C52DF2A4582"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (Elko Band)</header>
					<paragraph id="HBB13C8CB78D74F2DB1DA855606C7E044"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Definition of map</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Te-moak Tribal Land Expansion</quote>, dated September 30, 2008, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate
			 offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H1A7D19216CDC44C89A47CE82419EA6B4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (3)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HE76A4533ED66401C8F3B41EC6BFD828F"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone
			 Indians of Nevada (Elko Band); and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC6F647E5F3F24D90870A6A28ED81E5B3"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada (Elko
			 Band).</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HA33AB60CB29B4F188EBA54171E4F8DED"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 373 acres of land administered by the
			 Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Lands to be Held in Trust</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H234A43EDE28946A7BD824ACF44B9FA53"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conveyance of land to be held in trust for the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe</header>
					<paragraph id="H95934B155EF4425D9BDEB78F841AC142"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Definition of map</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Fort McDermitt Indian Reservation Expansion Act</quote>, dated February 21, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate
			 offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H79DDF11E2EFE4383A5C0D6E673535874"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (3)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H7273091E21B343E5A4A1976308AF5A9E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone
			 Tribe; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5EC6CBEF9EE349A2AD9F797D8D48306C"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HB5ED85746A9049C985393F271F56D51F"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 19,094 acres of land administered by the
			 Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Expansion Lands</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF0E9F56CE34245B4A9D517EB32AC665D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conveyance of land to be held in trust for the Shoshone Paiute Tribes</header>
					<paragraph id="H193EFF787DB74C67BCF82E755FA7E495"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Definition of map</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Mountain City Administrative Site Proposed Acquisition</quote>, dated July 29, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices
			 of the Forest Service.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HB21ADD3103F743928383ACCE757501F9"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (3)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H365D58C6698F4BC2904CAD1D78B0F66E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck
			 Valley Indian Reservation; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H654A8B6C01C845CAA623FDDB195C34D4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian
			 Reservation.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H15E2CD40F5EF44009C25C4DB94C79506"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 82 acres of land administered by the
			 Forest Service as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Proposed Acquisition Site</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HDAC0E49CC4504B3788D3E51696AC0457"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe</header>
					<paragraph id="H832E90EC2CEA4836924F893A5D8346EC"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Definition of map</header><text>In this section, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Summit Lake Indian Reservation Conveyance</quote>, dated February 28, 2013, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate
			 offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H6C242D6D38D749A1B4D34F708794549A"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (3)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H778A96165B784CE18DC74BEF9200ECF6"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H39AE7213A2554A2AA07865E9340AAA59"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H11F6BF939AAD40D3955B6C056E6F3881"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 941 acres of land administered by the
			 Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Conveyance Lands</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H41743EB77FCD41ED9936B55DD07388ED"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony land</header>
					<paragraph id="H65B235323E3142F9817B1B3B89F8FA09"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Definition of map</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Expansion</quote>, dated June 11, 2014, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices
			 of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H8B9EB7321CDC4E54AF86B80532D24570"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (3)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H12DA96FD0A7B4C9D9D272B73138199E2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HD23E086E2C29421DB6237D311AF781C8"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HDBDB8F48E680492D83EF1C9FFC63576F"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 13,434 acres of land administered by the
			 Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>RSIC Amended Boundary</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H9B11CBF6D0B442EB864AD9A358C1B58A"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Transfer of land to be held in trust for the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe</header>
					<paragraph id="H1A67C4A5A0C741FDB19E058DF1DE961C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>In this subsection, the term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation Expansion</quote>, dated July 26, 2014, and on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices
			 of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H5190CD429F2142F68E35F38C2CD24A8C"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance of land</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in paragraph (1)—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HAA56C1E3572F48D18763955763B5D39E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H9ABF0F12534C4965AE8583F485415B3D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>shall be part of the reservation of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HE983112F0BCA4A27918F9396FD05B789"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (2) is the approximately 11,719 acres of land administered by the
			 Bureau of Land Management as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Reservation Expansion Lands</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H2663A27299CC47D2959AD8F3946FA067"><enum>202.</enum><header>Administration</header>
				<subsection id="H19CA3FC641534E6BA7F4D106899C308C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall complete a
			 survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of the land taken
			 into trust for each Indian tribe under section 201.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H44DE0F02BE9340F3B96BAE221156F003"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Use of trust land</header>
					<paragraph id="HD5837E3E1ED54054B9341C09BA4DDDD7"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under section 201 shall not be eligible, or considered to have been taken
			 into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those terms are
			 defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>)).</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H53DA79C3F545462EA9BF95A64BFA75DE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Thinning; landscape restoration</header><text>With respect to the land taken into trust under section 201, the Secretary, in consultation and
			 coordination with the applicable Indian tribe, may carry out any fuel
			 reduction and other landscape restoration activities, including
			 restoration of sage grouse habitat, on the land that is beneficial to the
			 Indian tribe and the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
