		<section id="HB58497E1A2CE45498C6AD7166182294F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Hinchliffe Stadium Heritage Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H13DCF34AD2BD4E528D73BC307A369588" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park boundary adjustment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7001 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/410lll">16 U.S.C. 410lll</external-xref>) is amended as
			 follows:</text>
			<paragraph id="H986695C3ED564C239F2D8CCC86FCF0F2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>In subsection (b)(3)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H6B390EEEAC064E658DD515452CA00D47"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>The Park shall</quote> and inserting <quote>(A) The Park shall</quote>;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H8F16DE2FEC1840A5A43F333C7834BAA0"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (G) as clauses (i) through (vii), respectively; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0E604A77D5AC43D79392AA57C858BA37"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text>
					<quoted-block changed="added" committee-id="HII00" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFD0AFB7C458D4FA08A4672E72A31AFE8" reported-display-style="italic" style="OLC">
						<subparagraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4B03D7E5B67549E48A5A2D2305E47A0C" indent="up1"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to the lands described in subparagraph (A), the Park shall include the approximately 6
			 acres of land containing Hinchliffe Stadium and generally depicted as the <term>Boundary Modification Area</term> on the map entitled <quote>Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, Proposed Boundary Modification</quote>, numbered T03/120,155, and dated April 2014, which shall be administered as part of the Park in
			 accordance with subsection (c)(1) and section 3 of the Hinchliffe Stadium
			 Heritage Act.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H39C6A6B8E1D54464890C690512341C8D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>In subsection (b)(4), by striking <quote>The Map</quote> and inserting <quote>The Map and the map referred to in paragraph (3)(B)</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2A0AE4A5CE8F42AE875A5403F608D035"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In subsection (c)(4)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H78DCB8F275F44504B042F19402A76AB7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>The Secretary</quote> and inserting <quote>Except as provided in subparagraphs (B) and (C), the Secretary</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HF9A5436E484D4072A0FC983FBE3EB26C"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting after subparagraph (B) the following:</text>
					<quoted-block changed="added" committee-id="HII00" id="HD63712042DC64DC580334A5D1DD93A6F" reported-display-style="italic">
						<subparagraph id="H8C6D0564E0814F4D925B40FEA94B976F"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Hinchliffe Stadium</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary may not acquire fee title to Hinchliffe Stadium, but may acquire a preservation
			 easement in Hinchliffe Stadium if the Secretary determines that doing so
			 will facilitate resource protection of the stadium.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</subparagraph></paragraph></section><section id="H46FF2143072240B396D603DD72913852"><enum>3.</enum><header>Additional considerations for hinchliffe stadium</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In administering the approximately 6 acres of land containing Hinchliffe Stadium and generally
			 depicted as the <quote>Boundary Modification Area</quote> on the map entitled <quote>Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, Proposed Boundary Modification</quote>, numbered T03/120,155, and dated April 2014, the Secretary of the Interior—</text>
			<paragraph id="HFC190BBD67744990883FC32A33680AFD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>may not include non-Federal property within the approximately 6 acres of land as part of Paterson
			 Great Falls National Historical Park without the written consent of the
			 owner;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H6DCCB2F8D71842EE82DBD37F00CF79C7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>may not acquire by condemnation any land or interests in land within the approximately 6 acres of
			 land; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H37827A8C741847F1A457036DAA6E0F78"><enum>(3)</enum><text>shall not construe this Act or the amendments made by this Act to create buffer zones outside the
			 boundaries of the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. That
			 activities or uses can be seen, heard or detected from areas within the
			 approximately 6 acres of land added to the Paterson Great Falls National
			 Historical Park by this Act shall not preclude, limit, control, regulate
			 or determine the conduct or management of activities or uses outside of
			 the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park.</text>
