			 Colorado.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HDBC30D5E3DB34FA9B5B34E026AF4E525" style="OLC"><section id="H8B7FE3E223B64C658937091B1D31A9BF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Lake Hill Administrative Site Affordable Housing Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="HCA2A2934551143109D6FBE976911667E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text><paragraph id="H20EE8B52A7D44C23A2D901D105475A23"><enum>(1)</enum><header>County</header><text>The term <term>County</term> means Summit County, Colorado.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H047086BE3C08451EA0F4E0CC8586546A"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Lake Hill Administrative Site</header><text>The term <term>Lake Hill Administrative Site</term> means the parcel of approximately 40 acres of National Forest System land in the County, as
			 depicted on the map entitled <quote><short-title>Lake Hill Administrative Site</short-title></quote> and dated June 2012.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H81D3B4CA6CEB4A64BEE73BB6248BEF04"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of Agriculture.</text></paragraph></section><section id="H5F4402FC45AE43AEA37B5C4BD94B7507"><enum>3.</enum><header>Conveyance of Forest Service Lake Hill Administrative Site, Summit County, Colorado</header><subsection id="H8424E23ACFC24882B3023D91CEC42FE1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Upon receipt of an offer from the County in which the County agrees to the condition imposed by
			 subsection (c), the Secretary shall use the authority provided by the
			 Forest Service Facility Realignment and Enhancement Act of 2005 (Public
			 Law 109–54; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/580d">16 U.S.C. 580d</external-xref> note) to convey to the County all right, title,
			 and interest of the United States in and to the Forest Service Lake Hill
			 Administrative Site.</text></subsection><subsection id="H61A91AEAD14F412EAAA91B22A645DBD6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application of law</header><paragraph id="H00CE939935C244E7A16D8E25D7B0148A"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Treatment as administrative site</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Lake Hill Administrative Site is considered to be an administrative site under section
			 502(1)(A) of the Forest Service Facility Realignment and Enhancement Act
			 of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/54">Public Law 109–54</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/580d">16 U.S.C. 580d</external-xref> note).</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H0BE26D66417440B58FB0668E17841CD5"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 502(1)(C) of that Act does not apply to the conveyance of the Lake Hill Administrative
			 Site.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF228EF032B6C468A9595C6D6761FAACB"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Costs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The County shall be responsible for processing and transaction costs related to the direct sale
			 under subsection (a).</text></subsection><subsection id="HD358D430F2594435BA9C525655FF3144"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Proceeds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Proceeds received from the conveyance pursuant to subsection (a) shall be available, without
			 further appropriation and until expended, for capital improvement and
			 maintenance of Forest Service facilities in Region 2 of the United States
			 Forest Service.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date>May 22, 2014</action-date><action-desc>Reported without amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
