			 States Armed Forces, other than Armed Forces required to protect United

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H38269F633B854C748013D986A25BCAE9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Removal of United States Armed Forces from Iraq</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1544">50 U.S.C. 1544(c)</external-xref>), Congress directs the
			 President to remove United States Armed Forces, other than Armed Forces
			 required to protect United States diplomatic facilities and personnel,
			 from Iraq—</text>
			<paragraph id="H82A078893C854DE7B415078BECFF76F9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by no later than the end of the period of 30 days beginning on the day on which this concurrent
			 resolution is adopted; or</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H4149B37337B9499D959DCBD8F3140D53"><enum>(2)</enum><text>if the President determines that it is not safe to remove such United States Armed Forces before
			 the end of that period, by no later than December 31, 2014, or such
			 earlier date as the President determines that the Armed Forces can safely
			 be removed.</text>
