		<official-title>To amend <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/377">Public Law 101–377</external-xref> to revise the boundaries of
		  the Gettysburg National Military Park to include the Gettysburg Train Station,
		  and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="id0FBE005AE86441F39BF3C05BA0DD9010" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Gettysburg National Military Park
			 Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idAA20ADAB75E34044AD8D3BCC023D0270"><enum>2.</enum><header>Gettysburg
			 National Military Park expansion</header>
			<subsection id="HC4796F9AC19A49D28F57A6F148094534"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Gettysburg
			 National Military Park boundary revision</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/377">Public Law 101–377</external-xref> (16 U.S.C.
			 430g–4) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="HC3E7A9564A8E4F65A4CDF633B23519FB" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="HEC9468210ABC499A839E11AEB3C22028"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Additional
				land</header><text>In addition to the land described in subsections (a) and
				(b), the park shall include—</text>
						<paragraph id="HF84ACCF7BEC645D3B30B7ADCA8A982E6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the property
				commonly known as the <term>Gettysburg Train Station</term> (including land
				located in close proximity to the Gettysburg Train Station) that is—</text>
							<subparagraph id="idFA5CAF9439674DC49C433EF99C8C7080"><enum>(A)</enum><text>located in the
				Borough of Gettysburg; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idC8A9520D0674498D97D99F5C5EA1B9DB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>depicted on the
				map entitled <term>Gettysburg National Military Park, Proposed Boundary</term>,
				numbered 305/80,045, and dated September 2008; and</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H84191F94B1054B798B687223AA1B4904"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the property that
				is—</text>
							<subparagraph id="idAFB3C08A6C2C48B0BD78AF7FB8A4A1BF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>located adjacent
				to Plum Run in Cumberland Township; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id69780925DC77424A9EBCCF5C99CAE727"><enum>(B)</enum><text>depicted on the
				map entitled <term>Gettysburg National Military Park, Proposed Boundary
				Addition</term>, numbered 305/80,046, and dated February
				2009.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H2BF12CDDC8694A68A700A744E151E991"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Acquisition and
			 disposal of land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 2(a)
			 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/101/377">Public Law 101–377</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/430g-5">16 U.S.C. 430g–5(a)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="idF675217B2D034B7A9F1A9EE35C049E87"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>The Secretary</quote>
			 and inserting the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE5E1DFAEBA4547409B9CA02BB6052D33" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="id367C9D36400C429A897E9F473F0BB466"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>The Secretary</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id8965C59BAD8644A493BB07CFE3B2AFF9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6E885AD0A28043D6B8827FC87A9B5A00" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="id8F56187402E541158AB780C1273CD7DC"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Acquisition of
				publicly owned land</header>
							<subparagraph id="id5587C06068BD49349EFCA97624FD6759"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to
				subparagraph (B), the Secretary may acquire only by purchase from a willing
				seller publicly owned property that is located within the property described in
				section 1(d)(1) if the Secretary determines that efforts to acquire the
				property without cost have been exhausted.</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id8BD0A5D3011B457D94B9EF4398EA3901"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Eminent
				domain</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary may not
				acquire by eminent domain property that is located within the property
				described in section
				1(d)(1).</text>
