		<section id="id6D79D62AF466494398FF5FE90F4B4C54" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Patient Choice Restoration
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idCD2A3EA9F06D44988B7B6592EC5A1643" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal</header>
			<subsection id="idCEB3A1D87FE64817A5F57C139C2503BA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The following Acts,
			 and the amendments made by such Acts, are repealed:</text>
				<paragraph id="idF23F83A55FFE4D6BBDD8E6A089D8E9A5"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Patient Protection and Affordable Care
			 Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/148">Public Law 111–148</external-xref>).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id2BD61EF1ED3E451182DDEDD02FFC6850"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Health Care and Education
			 Reconciliation Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/152">Public Law 111–152</external-xref>).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idE7C3196B19BF4FBC9B58ED08B87DBAC3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effect of
			 law</header><text>The provisions of law amended by the Acts referred to in
			 subsection (a) are restored as if such Acts had never been enacted.</text>
