		  tributaries of White Clay Creek, in the States of Delaware and Pennsylvania, as
		  a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.</official-title>

		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD0B9D735E95E45559F5A150133D60FE1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic River
			 Expansion Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id02ACF55EBD41416996633702B416D537" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Designation of segments of White Clay
			 Creek, as scenic and recreational rivers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(a)(163) of the Wild and Scenic
			 Rivers Act (16 U.S. C. 1274(a)(163)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID86148b0bad7445dcb1ceed90418a3aab"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the matter preceding subparagraph
			 (A)—</text>
				<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID20e00fbab70f4fc68db520432f55d95f"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>190 miles</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>199 miles</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id74F83C815125442687A44AC34A98C87A"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>the recommended
			 designation and classification maps (dated June 2000)</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>the map entitled ‘White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic River Designated Area
			 Map’ and dated July 2008, the map entitled ‘White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic
			 River Classification Map’ and dated July 2008, and the map entitled ‘White Clay
			 Creek National Wild and Scenic River Proposed Additional Designated
			 Segments-July 2008’</quote>;</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id127B8196561A4BFABB3D6EE2997B1EF8"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking subparagraph (B) and inserting
			 the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0AE8904BDFB745E0A67FA72850C943AD" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDbf7a36865db14710a78cb500f03ca9c2"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">22.4 miles of the east branch beginning at
				the southern boundary line of the Borough of Avondale, including Walnut Run,
				Broad Run, and Egypt Run, outside the boundaries of the White Clay Creek
				Preserve, as a recreational river.</text>
					</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDbe10cb613afc4f97a62c93ba97333d71"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking subparagraph (H) and inserting
			 the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD33D8405249942E0A5F272446EFAF111" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDe22e9f6559c54e21ae5bf6ac4f2a38a9"><enum>(H)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">14.3 miles of the main stem, including
				Lamborn Run, that flow through the boundaries of the White Clay Creek Preserve,
				Pennsylvania and Delaware, and White Clay Creek State Park, Delaware beginning
				at the confluence of the east and middle branches in London Britain Township,
				Pennsylvania, downstream to the northern boundary line of the City of Newark,
				Delaware, as a scenic
				river.</text>
					</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDedeae2ed44564779b4334d6d5aca7cec" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Administration of White Clay
			 Creek</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Sections 4 through 8 of
			 <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/357">Public Law 106–357</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1274">16 U.S.C. 1274</external-xref> note; 114 Stat. 1393), shall be applicable
			 to the additional segments of the White Clay Creek designated by the amendments
			 made by section 2.</text>
