		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Carson National Forest Boundary
			 Adjustment Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0A50D43409A34DD384F7C1E73FEC745E" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Carson National Forest Boundary
			 Adjustment</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDbad8c167e805424594780e28affd1d8d"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The boundary of the Carson National Forest
			 in the State of New Mexico is adjusted to incorporate the approximately 4,990
			 acres of land generally depicted as <term>Miranda Canyon Boundary</term> on the
			 map entitled <term>Carson National Forest Boundary Adjustment</term> and dated
			 September 21, 2010.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID0b3383f384c54602be03ea01aebc103b"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Land and Water Conservation
			 Fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of section
			 7 of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/4601-9">16 U.S.C. 4601–9</external-xref>), the
			 boundaries of the Carson National Forest, as modified under subsection (a),
			 shall be considered to be the boundaries of the Carson National Forest as in
			 existence on January 1, 1965.</text>
