		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Champion Hill, Port Gibson, and
			 Raymond Battlefields Addition Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id9C91249909FE422E8A9B3083E30C55B8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Vicksburg
			 National Military Park</header>
			<subsection id="ID5b4d2fa48c1c4797a8ebb4ef0d42791e"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Acquisition of
			 land</header>
				<paragraph id="idCFC55E8EA7F74B7596700CC1CDF8CB53"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior (referred to in this Act as
			 the <quote>Secretary</quote>) may acquire the land or any interests in land
			 within the area identified as <quote>Modified Core Battlefield</quote> for the
			 Port Gibson Unit, the Champion Hill Unit, and the Raymond Unit as generally
			 depicted on the map entitled <quote>Vicksburg National Military Park—Proposed
			 Battlefield Additions</quote>, numbered
			 <deleted-phrase committee-id="SSEG00" reported-display-style="strikethrough">306/100986, and dated October
			 2010</deleted-phrase><added-phrase committee-id="SSEG00" reported-display-style="italic">306/100986A (4 sheets),
			 and dated July 2012</added-phrase>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id9BF6BA9C058042B78A1B7E8756EEBAA1"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Methods of
			 acquisition</header><text>Land may be acquired under paragraph (1) by donation,
			 purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange, except that land
			 owned by the State of Mississippi or any political subdivisions of the State
			 may be acquired only by donation.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID8aeae19e30344905a43be586587d0370"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Availability of
			 map</header><text>The map described in subsection (a)(1) shall be on file and
			 available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park
			 Service.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDb8530a26026b4ef3a1cc81d062c8a0c1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Boundary
			 adjustment</header><text>On the acquisition of land by the Secretary under this
			 Act—</text>
				<paragraph id="id6434A5275F5C4CD2A52C22200D60FBE7"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the acquired land
			 shall be added to Vicksburg National Military Park;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id78FD6C6352694EDDAFDF95BC2C418CD7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the boundary of
			 the Vicksburg National Military Park shall be adjusted to reflect the
			 acquisition of the land; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idD75CCFB4FEDB43BDAE6A9B2DEFA79094"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the acquired land
			 shall be administered as part of the Vicksburg National Military Park in
			 accordance with applicable laws (including regulations).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection changed="deleted" committee-id="SSEG00" id="ID23f85ca3a47e47f48cc03729f4e123dd" reported-display-style="strikethrough"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text>There are authorized to be appropriated such sums
			 as are necessary to carry out this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id154160C1D2C44346B09C431207F7FEEF" reported-display-style="italic"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to the
			 Secretary for the acquisition and development of land under this Act
			 $18,500,000.</text>
			</subsection></section><section changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id6E3015FD5633483681680BAFD667EAB5" reported-display-style="italic"><enum>3.</enum><header>Offset</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7302(f) of the Omnibus Public Land
			 Management Act of 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/469n">16 U.S.C. 469n(f)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting before the
			 period at the end the following: ‘‘, except that the amount authorized to be
			 appropriated to carry out this section that is not appropriated as of the date
			 of enactment of the Champion Hill, Port Gibson, and Raymond Battlefields
			 Addition Act shall be reduced by $18,500,000’’.</text>
