		  Natchez Trace Parkway, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="id737930CFB7DB41CEB8FABA04269725A3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Natchez Trace Parkway Land Conveyance
			 Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idED7C873DF4424901984BECE1FEB8E684"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="idAFB0E79497A34A84B0158118CC2B9188"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <quote>map</quote> means the map entitled <quote>Natchez Trace Parkway,
			 Proposed Boundary Change</quote>, numbered 604/105392, and dated November
			 2010.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id20D95D3376AA49DCAF898233CFABAA9E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <quote>Secretary</quote> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id95464DFCE55A4574B3B22ABBC8134BDD"><enum>(3)</enum><header>State</header><text>The
			 term <quote>State</quote> means the State of Mississippi.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="idD898C95D562845CBA5F070F62F2286EC"><enum>3.</enum><header>Land
			 conveyance</header>
			<subsection id="IDfa9730b9be8041b68b96571990395070"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 authority</header>
				<paragraph id="idD1CCA577D8D5416A8AC7D3F0446EEB22"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subject to paragraph (2), the Secretary shall convey to
			 the State, by quitclaim deed and without consideration, all right, title, and
			 interest of the United States in and to the parcels of land described in
			 subsection (b).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID9928ecbeb5304a048cc356e75f11577c"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Compatible
			 use</header><text>The deed of conveyance to the parcel of land that is located
			 southeast of U.S. Route 61/84 and which is commonly known as the <quote>bean
			 field property</quote> shall reserve an easement to the United States
			 restricting the use of the parcel to only those uses which are compatible with
			 the Natchez Trace Parkway.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID23682772d1704993ac0f3b3dcd96dcd7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text>The parcels of land referred to in subsection (a) are the 2
			 parcels totaling approximately 67 acres generally depicted as <quote>Proposed
			 Conveyance</quote> on the map.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID0048f76f55a049f3b46fcd894bdd3133"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability of
			 map</header><text>The map shall be on file and available for public inspection
			 in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="ID2d413b7fcc9f47e8a10c7b0ddc79d130"><enum>4.</enum><header>Boundary
			 adjustments</header>
			<subsection id="ID1887eb99ee924dc892cf7b76bf556563"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Exclusion of
			 conveyed land</header><text>On completion of the conveyance to the State of the
			 land described in section 3(b), the boundary of the Natchez Trace Parkway shall
			 be adjusted to exclude the conveyed land.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDee66b0a335674454a98a53b120ecde36"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Inclusion of
			 additional land</header>
				<paragraph id="idA069A3F772CB4F6E9BBFA6A2FD3F8DBC"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, the
			 boundary of the Natchez Trace Parkway is adjusted to include the approximately
			 10 acres of land that is generally depicted as <quote>Proposed Addition</quote>
			 on the map.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idCF8DED2D64E14D53B3E409695FC3A374"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>The
			 land added under paragraph (1) shall be administered by the Secretary as part
			 of the Natchez Trace Parkway.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
