		<official-title>To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of
		  National Forest System land in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah
		  to Brigham Young University, and for other purposes. </official-title>

		<section id="H4FF73D95A18A4DA9B6B881CD756F1E8B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Y Mountain Access Enhancement Act</short-title></quote>
			 .</text>
		</section><section id="HEB8CF12FB69741F8B699BBE903B17A83"><enum>2.</enum><header>Land conveyance,
			 Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Utah</header>
			<subsection id="H9E6ADB284F1040B59D1A0866304D7C7A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">On the request of
			 Brigham Young University submitted to the Secretary of Agriculture not later
			 than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall
			 convey, not later than one year after receiving the request, to Brigham Young
			 University all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to an
			 approximately 80-acre parcel of National Forest System land in the
			 Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in the State of Utah consisting of
			 SE<fraction>1/4</fraction>SE<fraction>1/4</fraction> of Section 32, T. 6 S., R.
			 3 E., and lot 4 of Section 5, T. 7 S., R. 3 E., Salt Lake Base &amp; Meridian.
			 The conveyance shall be subject to valid existing rights and shall be made by
			 quitclaim deed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H6A1AA80B24BE4C0ABFF412CFCF83D7C1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration</header>
				<paragraph id="HA018412F73684627AA1893F317A80B31"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Consideration
			 required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">As consideration for
			 the land conveyed under subsection (a), Brigham Young University shall pay to
			 the Secretary an amount equal to the fair market value of the land, as
			 determined by an appraisal approved by the Secretary and conducted in
			 conformity with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions
			 and section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43
			 U.S.C. 1716).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H01A872FD081F43D6958B6BC5A3F99412"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Deposit</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The consideration received by the Secretary
			 under paragraph (1) shall be deposited in the general fund of the Treasury to
			 reduce the Federal deficit.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF313A906A17144958CE55441B0E1572B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Guaranteed
			 public access to Y mountain trail</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">After the conveyance under subsection (a),
			 Brigham Young University represents that it will—</text>
				<paragraph id="HFD1F0B3E0C20423A99F2E44FD301BD6E"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">continue to allow the same reasonable
			 public access to the trailhead and portion of the Y Mountain Trail already
			 owned by Brigham Young University as of the date of the enactment of this Act
			 that Brigham Young University has historically allowed; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDCC91F6B823E4B44A8EB6D50CC97906C"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">allow that same reasonable public access to
			 the portion of the Y Mountain Trail and the <quote>Y</quote> symbol located on
			 the land described in subsection (a).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF1ADA32DE53E4B079C2E555603B9CF48"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey and
			 Administrative Costs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The
			 exact acreage and legal description of the land to be conveyed under subsection
			 (a) shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary. Brigham
			 Young University shall pay the reasonable costs of survey, appraisal, and any
			 administrative analyses required by law.</text>
