Redesignation

The Department of Defense regional center for security studies known as the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies is hereby renamed the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.(b)

Conforming amendments

Reference to regional centers for security studies

Subparagraph (B) of section 184(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:(B)The Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies..(2)

Acceptance of gifts and donations

Any reference to the Department of Defense Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.
