		  Hispanic-serving institutions eligible for technical and financial assistance

			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>National Historic Preservation Act
			 Amendment Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id2B4480CB321E41839D0E2D1DB0489E01"><enum>2.</enum><header>Eligibility of
			 Hispanic-serving institutions for assistance for preservation education and
			 training programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 101(j)(2)(C) of the National Historic Preservation Act (16 U.S.C.
			 470a(j)(2)(C)) is amended by inserting <quote>to Hispanic-serving institutions
			 (as defined in section 502(a) of the <act-name parsable-cite="HEA65">Higher
			 Education Act of 1965</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/1101a">20 U.S.C. 1101a(a)</external-xref>)),</quote> after
			 <quote>universities,</quote>.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
