Short title

This Act may be cited as the National Historic Preservation Act Amendment Act of 2013.

Eligibility of Hispanic-serving institutions for assistance for preservation education and training programs

Section 101(j)(2)(C) of the National Historic Preservation Act (16 U.S.C. 470a(j)(2)(C)) is amended by inserting to Hispanic-serving institutions (as defined in section 502(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1101a(a))), after universities,.
