			 occupational therapists as behavioral and mental health professionals for
			 purposes of the National Health Service Corps</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 331(a)(1)(E)(i) of the Public Health
			 Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254d">42 U.S.C. 254d(a)(1)(E)(i)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting
			 <quote>occupational therapists,</quote> after <quote>psychiatric nurse
