		  <quote><short-title>Entrance Fee Suspension Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id1C56805309AE4CF78F07A4E76B8DAF2C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Suspension of entrance fees at units of the national park system and units of the national wildlife refuge system</header><subsection id="id2647C85140AB45B9940405756FD8B394"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, during the 16-day period beginning on April 10, 2014, and ending on April 25, 2014, the Secretary of the Interior (acting through the Director of the National Park Service and the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service) shall suspend the collection of   fees for admission to units of the National Park System and units of the National Wildlife Refuge System, respectively.</text></subsection><subsection id="idFF388B8660F849ADB2E48A8BE6D496BD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not later than 60 days after the date on which the 16-day period described in subsection (a) expires, the Secretary of the Interior shall submit to the Secretary of the Treasury and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget a report that includes,  if the collection was not suspended under subsection (a)—</text><paragraph id="idDA4A00FBD7834916BEB48E5801F7F6E9"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the total amount of fees that would have been collected for admission to units of the National Park System; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id790A8A8D90484F7093D8E4AE1A676291"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the total amount of fees that would have been collected for admission to units of the National Wildlife Refuge System.</text></paragraph></subsection></section><section id="idA3AC1BAD7EAA4B27ADAF01D73A07DE39"><enum>3.</enum><header>Funding</header><subsection id="idB23A6E735C054F3B9204016DC3C00EA1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
		general</header><text>During fiscal year 2014, the Secretary of the Treasury shall transfer from discretionary unobligated balances that are not designated as emergency or overseas contingency operations—</text><paragraph id="id8EFD9625251F4D188455FBD3AFF85752"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the amount described in section 2(b)(1) to the National Park Service account within the Department of the Interior; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id36A210F8323F4BC0B17CE01E68B8C00E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the amount described in section 2(b)(2) to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service account within the Department of the Interior.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id1F3270415D774A359FE845B60D1A1C66"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Offset</header><text>Section 13031(j)(3)(B)(i) of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/58c">19 U.S.C. 58c(j)(3)(B)(i)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>October 29, 2021</quote> and inserting <quote>November 5, 2021</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="IDDDDB9AFAA4B2435EB9C6E3EA8D700BC2"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Receipt and
		acceptance</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall be entitled to receive, shall
		accept, and shall use to carry out this Act the funds transferred under subsection (a), without further appropriation.</text></subsection></section><section id="id0B662CFB964F41CCBA5D10E88C9D71AD"><enum>4.</enum><header>Budgetary
		effects</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects
		of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act
		of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled
		<quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted
		for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Senate Budget
		Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on
		passage.</text></section></legis-body></bill>
