		  <quote><short-title>Federal Submerged Lands Transportation Development Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idB61312EECC5C407B85467DDD5033C7EA"><enum>2.</enum><header>Lease of tidelands and submerged lands under control of the Coast Guard for periods longer than five years</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/14/93">Section 93</external-xref> of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text><quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id32432E972B834701901D0B411153926C" style="OLC"><subsection id="id56D49086562F4D5098709CDC48E47338"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Lease of tidelands and submerged lands</header><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="id07DDE095B9744B7DB3BF6E9572AED028"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Notwithstanding subsection (a)(13), a lease described in paragraph (2) may be for such term in excess of five years as the Commandant considers appropriate.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="idDD3A7EE7B715494D99271BAB0FB06F77" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A lease referred to in paragraph (1) is a lease of the following:</text><subparagraph id="idE01DDB333C1D4778ADA0A65CE660BB47"><enum>(A)</enum><text>Tidelands under the control of the Coast Guard.</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id672FD89395C64A3FB587B457B938C5E8"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Submerged lands under the control of the Coast Guard.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
