		  Affordable Care Act.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HA6CB720073E24EA2AB16B0446BD158FB" style="OLC"><section id="H20893C640F4A470787404EA553ED828B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Delay in application of
			 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act</header><paragraph id="HC6AC84C45EEF4F49805A29470AB670D8"><enum>(1)</enum><header>One-year delay
			 in PPACA provisions scheduled to take effect on or after January
			 1, 2014</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
			 any provision of (including any amendment made by) the Patient Protection and
			 Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/148">Public Law 111–148</external-xref>) or of title I or subtitle B of title
			 II of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2011 (Public Law
			 111–152) that is otherwise scheduled to take effect on or after January 1,
			 2014, shall not take effect until the date that is one year after the date on
			 which such provision would otherwise have been scheduled to take effect.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H8B9F37267B174881891D89F3D006E0CF"><enum>(2)</enum><header>One-year
			 suspension of certain tax increases already in effect</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
			 in the case of any tax which is imposed or increased by any provision of
			 (including any amendment made by) the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
			 Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/148">Public Law 111–148</external-xref>) or of title I or subtitle B of title II of the Health
			 Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2011 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/152">Public Law 111–152</external-xref>), if such tax
			 or increase takes effect before January 1, 2014, such tax or increase shall not
			 apply during the 1-year period beginning on such date.</text></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
