		<section id="id06021B7ED00D4693AD004EA588359591" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Cameras in the Courtroom
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idD836D9C44A1D4044BFF31A670C88DEBD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to
			 title <enum-in-header>28</enum-in-header></header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDE53A013E7CBE48EA92225759AE00743B"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/28/45">Chapter 45</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code,
			 is amended by inserting at the end the following:</text>

					<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID1F3FE4CD23AC4EAB8CF7B880E865A213" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>678.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Televising Supreme Court
				proceedings</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Supreme Court
				shall permit television coverage of all open sessions of the Court unless the
				Court decides, by a vote of the majority of justices, that allowing such
				coverage in a particular case would constitute a violation of the due process
				rights of 1 or more of the parties before the
				Court.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID02B8F29F44294D9095A3B5CE779260D1"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Clerical amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The chapter analysis for chapter 45 of
			 title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting at the end the
			 following:</text>
