		<section id="H652CC8D87DB94D399ADBE79759AF085A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Lower Merced river</header>
			<subsection id="H3C7562827FFF4651B1A8CD48867836E1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Wild and scenic
			 rivers act</header><text>Section 3(a)(62)(B)(i) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers
			 Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1274">16 U.S.C. 1274(a)(62)(B)(i)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HDD4A98C1723A448C95CA5A85DF2EE777"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>the normal maximum</quote> the first place that it appears and all that
			 follows through <quote>April, 1990.</quote> and inserting the following:
			 <quote>the boundary of FERC Project No. 2179 as it existed on February 15,
			 2013, consisting of a point approximately 2,480 feet downstream of the
			 confluence with the North Fork of the Merced River, consisting of approximately
			 7.4 miles.</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HE17F3ED50DDA4338BFC0DD1B7ECC1573"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>the normal maximum operating pool water surface level of Lake
			 McClure</quote> the second place that it appears and inserting <quote>the
			 boundary of FERC Project No. 2179 as it existed on February 15, 2013,
			 consisting of a point approximately 2,480 feet downstream of the confluence
			 with the North Fork of the Merced River</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H9E49E2E24ABA43928B81A98F1AA4B206"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exchequer
			 project</header><text>Section 3 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/102/432">Public Law 102–432</external-xref> is amended by striking
			 <quote>Act:</quote> and all that follows through the period and inserting
			 <quote>Act.</quote>.</text>
