		  medical facility leases, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H1B6699C14F1D47C587DBD9E7F2AF2201" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Keep Our Commitment to Veterans
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5D6F0FD32AF9476BB77095CD638EBAE0" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 fiscal years 2013 and 2014 major medical facility leases</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may carry
			 out the following major medical facility leases in fiscal years 2013 and 2014
			 at the locations specified:</text>
			<paragraph id="HAC3E2D11ECFE402BA572D5EE7F1E745C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>A
			 clinical research and pharmacy coordinating center, Albuquerque, New
			 Mexico.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC001D40569ED46A4905E9F13EB4A126E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A
			 community based outpatient clinic, Brick, New Jersey.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HDB02A9B4D47F46B397116419758790B1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>A
			 new primary care and dental clinic annex, Charleston, South Carolina.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H9EC39C77C07A4972ABC45E7BC47B81E6"><enum>(4)</enum><text>The Cobb County
			 Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Cobb County, Georgia.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HDBFEFF17829C4911A76514F815991B12"><enum>(5)</enum><text>The Leeward
			 Outpatient Healthcare Access Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, including a co-located
			 clinic with the Department of Defense and the co-location of the Honolulu
			 Regional Office of the Veterans Benefits Administration and the Kapolei Vet
			 Center of the Department of Veterans Affairs.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H32B9CA6DB317491A8B96AC7297EE0BE6"><enum>(6)</enum><text>A
			 community based outpatient clinic, Lafayette, Louisiana.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H72FFB2C5DCD94B48ACF08E25B2CC83A8"><enum>(7)</enum><text>A
			 community based outpatient clinic, Lake Charles, Louisiana.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H3E417704188C4997B770B87B4FE64F80"><enum>(8)</enum><text>Outpatient clinic
			 consolidation, New Port Richey, Florida.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HB5834799ADB44291A849535C317FCBCD"><enum>(9)</enum><text>An outpatient
			 clinic, Ponce, Puerto Rico.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H90C106DCA24A40FFA912F322367079BB"><enum>(10)</enum><text>Lease
			 consolidation, San Antonio, Texas.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H9289FD0B04E74F4BB3FBCA24AAE24D73"><enum>(11)</enum><text>The Errera
			 Community Care Center, West Haven, Connecticut.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H8A6A717A8CB84887814210C98761F3DA"><enum>(12)</enum><text>The Worchester
			 Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Worchester, Massachusetts.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H9275E30DB4614D808B154691EB755B32"><enum>3.</enum><header>Authorization in
			 reduced amounts for major facility leases previously authorized in prior fiscal
			 years</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of
			 Veterans Affairs may carry out the following major medical facility leases in
			 fiscal year 2013 at the locations specified, in an amount for each lease not to
			 exceed the amount shown for such location:</text>
			<paragraph id="H897E37F643054830812599653DDAF94E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>For a community
			 based outpatient clinic, Johnson County, Kansas, authorized by section 1(a)(9)
			 of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to authorize major medical facility leases
			 for the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2010, and for other
			 purposes.</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/82">Public Law 111–82</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 2140), an amount not to exceed
			 $2,431,900.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HF7DB450440CD413F8275D040E68BCE96"><enum>(2)</enum><text>For the expansion
			 of a community based outpatient clinic, San Diego, California, authorized by
			 section 901(3) of the Veterans’ Benefits Act of 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/275">Public Law 111–275</external-xref>; 124
			 Stat. 2894), an amount not to exceed $11,893,505.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA19E17318EC1410C93EF6363D67B0E0F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>For the expansion
			 of the community based outpatient clinic, Tyler, Texas, authorized by section
			 7(a)(3) of the Veterans Programs Extension Act of 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/444">Public Law 109–444</external-xref>; 120
			 Stat. 3312), an amount not to exceed $3,610,775.</text>
