		  within the boundaries of the Coconino National Forest containing private
		  improvements that were developed based upon the reliance of the landowners in
		  an erroneous survey conducted in May 1960.</official-title>

		<section id="HF2F4289B6D9F4684939035C684D4F2C7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header> Conveyance of land to
			 correct erroneous survey, Coconino National Forest, Arizona</header>
			<subsection id="H001C6C0C40304EE08E451A8C2E27FD40"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 authorized</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of
			 Agriculture may convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the
			 United States in and to the two parcels of land described in subsection (b) to
			 a person or legal entity that represents (by power of attorney) the majority of
			 landowners with private property adjacent to the two parcels. These parcels are
			 within the boundaries of the Coconino National Forest and contain private
			 improvements that were developed based upon the reliance of the landowners in
			 an erroneous survey conducted in May 1960.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H09EE5DD7FA4140918BE01E27408F16B8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The two parcels of land
			 authorized for conveyance under subsection (a) consist of approximately 2.67
			 acres described in the Bureau of Land Management’s Survey Plat titled
			 Subdivision and Metes and Bounds Surveys in secs. 28 and 29, T. 20 N., R. 7 E.,
			 Gila and Salt River Meridian, approved February 2, 2010, as follows:</text>
				<paragraph id="HC29D9516D089402781A44BF9CF35F26A"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Lot 2, sec. 28, T. 20 N., R. 7 E., Gila and
			 Salt River Meridian, Coconino County, Arizona.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H90D3850445044319BA1CC77A0BD2CD52"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Lot 1, sec. 29, T.
			 20 N., R. 7 E., Gila and Salt River Meridian, Coconino County, Arizona.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HA10A3E4A75F54FF38642B712AE9EB9FE"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Consideration</header>
				<paragraph id="HEDE5F8785BAD4F40B86293DE2773E3D0"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Amount of
			 consideration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">As
			 consideration for the conveyance of the two parcels under subsection (a), the
			 person or legal entity that represents (by power of attorney) the majority of
			 landowners with private property adjacent to the parcels shall pay to the
			 Secretary consideration in the amount of $20,000.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB4D33B3E6F854EEB82B93CC8BC0B4528"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Deposit</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall deposit the
			 consideration received under this subsection in a special account in the fund
			 established under <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/90/171">Public Law 90–171</external-xref> (commonly known as the Sisk Act; 16 U.S.C.
			 484a).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD96DBBFD94AF47B4A12070ED8CFE91E6"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Use</header><text>The
			 deposited funds shall be available to the Secretary, without further
			 appropriation and until expended, for acquisition of land in the National
			 Forest System.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H71A020BD2132497FA544CF73E8562765"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Revocation of
			 orders</header><text>Any public orders withdrawing any of the Federal land from
			 appropriation or disposal under the public land laws are revoked to the extent
			 necessary to permit conveyance of the Federal land under subsection (a).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H484DE56539BE4F86832B18F987336C7B"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Withdrawal of
			 Federal land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing rights, the Federal land authorized for conveyance under subsection
			 (a) is withdrawn from all forms of entry and appropriation under the public
			 land laws, location, entry, and patent under the mining laws, and operation of
			 the mineral leasing and geothermal leasing laws until the date which the
			 conveyance is completed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H4082B5A1FC97413FA2D82B3FAAE7A057"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Other terms and
			 conditions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The conveyance
			 authorized by subsection (a) shall be subject only to those surveys and
			 clearances as needed to protect the interests of the United States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H4343D194544B4757B425E98E3761FAEC"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Duration of
			 authority</header><text>The authority provided under this section shall
			 terminate three years after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
