		<section id="HF00BD1E9676147848207A4C02A7894BC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Drought relief</header>
			<subsection id="H21B49C2B76C541468092C3649EC3135F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Termination of
			 authority</header><text>Section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency
			 Drought Relief Act of 1991 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2214">43 U.S.C. 2214(c)</external-xref>) is amended by striking
			 <quote>2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2018</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0D5829C264F24F6E8EC2AFC788922ADD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text>Section 301 of the Reclamation States Emergency
			 Drought Relief Act of 1991 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2241">43 U.S.C. 2241</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H37A6AB9D98964A629BA4026309634C74"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>90,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$110,000,000</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H8EDFEE2D4019468D9EA69CB78C1E3714"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2018</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="HC8477E8AA7434D28A60DF409764F80EE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Climate
			 variability review</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection
			 (e) of section 203 of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of
			 1991 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/2223">43 U.S.C. 2223(e)</external-xref>) is amended as follows:</text>

				<subsection id="H9EE37FC479B347879DF52DA194FF85E4"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Review</header><text>The
				contingency plans shall include provisions for periodic review to assure
				adequacy of the contingency plan to respond to current conditions, as well as
				address projected long-term climate variability and change, and such plans may
				be modified
				accordingly.</text>
