		<section id="H4C8A9EAE57164825B4F0E6828FDD6854" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote>Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 Reauthorization Act of 2013</quote>
			 or the <quote>TRIA Reauthorization Act of 2013</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H70BA26023C444C459C5631E8E92DAF7C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Five-year
			 extension of Terrorism Risk Insurance Program</header>
			<subsection id="H1C39884D0C8E457EB72785009B39E7A5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Program
			 years</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 102(11)(G) of
			 the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/6701">15 U.S.C. 6701</external-xref> note) is amended by
			 striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2019</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HD867B5BD192348CDB323B20567185A24"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Timing of
			 mandatory recoupment</header><text>Section 103(e)(7)(E)(i)(III) of such Act is
			 amended by striking <quote>2017</quote> and inserting <quote>2024</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1B014F6621B94B4BBBC72591B698D56A"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Termination
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 108(a) of such
			 Act is amended by striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2019</quote>.</text>
