		<official-title>To provide for the conveyance of certain land inholdings
		  owned by the United States to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H223316EA99FE4242980531ADC1BAA63B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Pascua Yaqui Tribe Trust Land
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H35AEE9C2080C4B868C272CA9078799BD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For the purposes of this Act, the following
			 definitions apply:</text>
			<paragraph id="HD76DA14FE291456CAD38F11F98AA78B9"><enum>(1)</enum><header>District</header><text>The
			 term <term>District</term> means the Tucson Unified School District, a school
			 district recognized as such under the laws of the State of Arizona.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HF983BADA7B0149718BF8FAFA46488DA4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <term>map</term> means the map titled <quote>PYT Land Department</quote>
			 and dated January 15, 2013.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC4DCF55CEA3146C0A4DE3CDBE524F5D6"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HFA60ECB8081C44F3A8FAD8ABC45C74C6"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Tribe</header><text>The
			 term <term>Tribe</term> means the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, a federally
			 recognized Indian tribe.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HD6239AB84D384B4AB7A10D53BBE1896F"><enum>3.</enum><header>Lands to be held
			 in trust</header>
			<subsection id="H45AA303B378D4CE09A6A2476DEF82AF2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Parcel
			 A</header><text>Subject to subsection (c) and to valid existing rights, all
			 right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the approximately 10
			 acres of Federal lands generally depicted on the map as Parcel A are declared
			 to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Tribe.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HEF3E4BABAFF44D148E4F201F415288CF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Parcel
			 B</header><text>Subject to subsection (c) and valid existing rights, all right,
			 title, and interest of the United States in and to the approximately 10 acres
			 of Federal lands generally depicted on the map as Parcel B are declared to be
			 held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Tribe.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H6975F95837694ABD9458D0E4BF38B24F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>Subsections (a) and (b) shall take effect on the day after
			 the date on which—</text>
				<paragraph id="HD046FF0F2BEC40A9A8CAAF055C9C0108"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the District
			 relinquishes all right, title, and interest of the District in and to the land
			 described in subsection (b); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H69E56203F3394DDB92CDD078EE93E33A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Secretary (or
			 a delegate of the Secretary) approves and records the lease agreement between
			 the Tribe and the District for the construction and operation of a regional
			 transportation facility located on the restricted Indian land of the Tribe in
			 accordance with the requirements of the first section of the Act entitled
			 <quote>An Act to authorize the leasing of restricted Indian lands for public,
			 religious, educational, recreational, residential, business, and other purposes
			 requiring the grant of long-term leases</quote>, approved August 9, 1955 (25
			 U.S.C. 415), and part 162 of title 25, Code of Federal Regulations (including
			 successor regulations).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="HDE6AB37408764F138D01EC444269B00A"><enum>4.</enum><header>Gaming
			 prohibition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Tribe may not
			 conduct gaming activities on the lands held in trust under this Act, as a
			 matter of claimed inherent authority, or under the authority of any Federal
			 law, including the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2701">25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.</external-xref>) or
			 under any regulations thereunder promulgated by the Secretary or the National
			 Indian Gaming Commission.</text>
		</section><section id="H0690935C52504EC2A66493705E89BF80"><enum>5.</enum><header>Water
			 rights</header>
			<subsection id="H5DD01B9E2A32460E9CC17AB904451E00"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>There shall not be Federal reserved rights to surface
			 water or groundwater for any land taken into trust by the United States for the
			 benefit of the Tribe under this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H3884395F074A45D0A23C1E0DE929385B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>State water
			 rights</header><text>The Tribe retains any right or claim to water under State
			 law for any land taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the
			 Tribe under this Act.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H65683ABABE3B479BB239608D6CEB954D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Forfeiture or
			 abandonment</header><text>Any water rights that are appurtenant to land taken
			 into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Tribe under this Act may
			 not be forfeited or abandoned.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H826CE2EF885A403DA2BE7F5727D24496"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>Nothing
			 in this Act affects or modifies any right of the Tribe or any obligation of the
			 United States under <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/95/375">Public Law 95–375</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/1300f">25 U.S.C. 1300f et seq.</external-xref>).</text>
