R. 3440</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20131030">October 30, 2013</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="T000468">Ms. Titus</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HII00">Committee on Natural Resources</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title>To designate a peak in the State of Nevada as Maude Frazier Mountain.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HDAFA4D7F5D8441908F516034B977E2BB" style="OLC"><section id="H117ECC380A894556AAF96F8BF88C8F8B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of Maude Frazier Mountain in the State of Nevada</header><subsection id="H879817158C8543C69823E2796F781CC1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The peak of Frenchman Mountain located at latitude 36°10′45″ N, by longitude 114°59′52″ W in the State of Nevada shall be known and designated as  <term>Maude Frazier Mountain</term>.</text></subsection><subsection id="H9D5CCB0F2F614A07AEE49D3FECFD9BAC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the peak referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to <term>Maude Frazier Mountain</term>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
