</official-title></form><legis-body id="HEC221424FEAC43DCA5EB67DEBC263E07" style="OLC"><section id="H65AE17112E5A4F2C90710324E8780266" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fiscal Sanity Act for the National Debt</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="idA65B8E344BA5433F8E2E70895ECED657"><enum>2.</enum><header>Nonapplicability of debt ceiling</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/3101">Section 3101(b)</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, shall not apply for the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending 150 days thereafter.</text><paragraph id="ida4d568e435d643cd83d1f317af931d46"><enum></enum></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
