		<section id="H150BF0E2C68F468EB3426BF1F8C1EFD8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Intelligence Oversight and Accountability Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HFFFA72EFC3EB4C21BDCD438C773210E4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reporting
			 requirements for decisions of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance
			 Court</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 601(c)(1) of the
			 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1871">50 U.S.C. 1871(c)</external-xref>) is amended to
			 read as follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H35C117D7E51C4962A935E32EC1286632" style="OLC">
				<paragraph id="HDD572F8A53324EAD8C4B235CBB2D3F09"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not later than 45 days after the date on
				which the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the Foreign Intelligence
				Surveillance Court of Review issues a decision, order, or opinion that includes
				a denial of a request for an order or a modification of a request for an order,
				or results in a change of application of any provision of this Act or a new
				application of any provision of this Act—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H53292AB918014C71BBD7CD97E9856D19"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a copy of such
				decision, order, or opinion and any pleadings, applications, or memoranda of
				law associated with such decision, order, or opinion; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6E0F6D5CBE7A49728FFA779A4D3BF303"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">with respect to such decision, order, or
				opinion, a brief statement of the relevant background factual information,
				questions of law, legal analysis, and decision rendered;
				and</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
