		<official-title>To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
		  to provide that no Government contribution may be made toward the cost of
		  Exchange coverage for any Member of Congress or congressional
		  staff.</official-title>

		<section id="HC86B59AC3CF04A82AE85CFEBBBADC74F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>No Special Treatment for Congress
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H9248A1B721C843BC800D1F6F8A666D6C" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Government
			 contribution not permitted</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1312(d)(3)(D) of the Patient
			 Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/18032">42 U.S.C. 18032(d)(3)(D)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H12729AD8399C42B294C4340FAADF97A0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 clause (ii) as clause (iii); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H72025067A52F4971A96155075C0E79E1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 clause (i) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H8724C2BF4DC148A79C63CFC121ACEE59" style="OLC">
					<clause id="H28F54CAC8D7942C1B9B1CDD0FF36106B"><enum>(ii)</enum><header>Government
				contribution not permitted</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any provision of chapter 89
				of title 5, United States Code, or of any other law, no Government contribution
				under such chapter may be made for health benefits obtained by any Member of
				Congress or congressional staff in accordance with clause
				(i).</text>
