		  eligibility for beneficiary travel for veterans seeking treatment or care for
		  military sexual trauma in specialized outpatient or residential programs at
		  facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other

		<section id="HD0DE484D1A994A9786CF09AE2E1E9AD1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Beneficiary travel for
			 veterans seeking treatment or care for military sexual trauma in specialized
			 outpatient or residential programs of the Department of Veterans
			 Affairs</header>
			<subsection id="H58DB0045323C4E19AA68B36708E7906B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Eligibility</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/38/111">Section 111</external-xref> of title 38, United States
			 Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HF69C230344644A82A4B679ED721618FD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (b)(1), by adding at the end the following subparagraph:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB24CCF38FCC14EAA8A2B5E3D6A6DD031" style="USC">
						<subparagraph id="H55E3D71C000C48ABA7584FC119C2CE5D" indent="up1"><enum>(G)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A
				veteran whose travel to a specialized outpatient or residential program at a
				Department facility is in connection with treatment or care for military sexual
				trauma.</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H3B45F4AA8A274E669E9E8E065F7A5313"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following new subsection:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE698C5291E60442CA3F1BCFFCD7C222B" style="USC">
						<subsection id="HFA5C9B1733BF4FE897DE687B082A0E0E"><enum>(g)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section:</text>
							<paragraph id="H485776F6D5E54ADE84F12619CC5059FB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The term
				<term>military sexual trauma</term> means psychological trauma, which in the
				judgment of a Department mental health professional, resulted from a physical
				assault of a sexual nature, battery of a sexual nature, or sexual harassment
				which occurred while the veteran was serving on active duty or active duty for
				training.</text>
							</paragraph><paragraph id="HA7F221CC4A3D431E9D0CD852B1D57033"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>sexual harassment</term>
				means repeated, unsolicited verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature which
				is threatening in
				character.</text>
							</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H4F6DB8D9801E4472B7090E45E8C5DA71"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with
			 respect to travel occurring after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
