		<section id="H655CD0E1E9EA47C5BFFE63E58289DE04" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Transportation Investment Generating
			 Economic Recovery for Cities Underfunded Because of Size Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>TIGER CUBS Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HEB632907E4B64E0AB7E54B4D2D1BC0F2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Supplemental
			 appropriation for TIGER grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">That the following sums are appropriated,
			 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for fiscal year
			 2014:</text>

		  Transportation</header>
			</appropriations-major><appropriations-intermediate id="H5E1B9FDDCB0143D18B1C384D04C53046"><header>Office of the
		  Secretary</header>
			</appropriations-intermediate><appropriations-small id="H7B2D8C8FF5C041FAB97D98BC0C884F30"><header>National
		  Infrastructure Investments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For
		  an additional amount for <quote>National Infrastructure Investments</quote> in
		  accordance with the provisions under this heading in title I of division C of
		  <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/55">Public Law 112–55</external-xref>, $500,000,000: <italic>Provided</italic>, That the amount
		  under this heading shall remain available until September 30, 2015:
		  <italic>Provided further</italic>, That not less than $100,000,000 of the funds
		  provided under this heading shall be for projects located in cities with
		  populations between 10,000 and 50,000: <italic>Provided further</italic>, That
		  for a project described in the preceding proviso, the minimum grant amount
		  shall be $2,000,000, and the Secretary of Transportation may provide a Federal
		  share of costs in excess of 80 percent: <italic>Provided further</italic>, That
		  the amount under this heading is designated by the Congress as an emergency
		  requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and
		  Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, except that such amount shall be
		  available only if the President subsequently so designates such amount and
		  transmits such designation to the Congress.</text>
